Terms of Service

Welcome to AffTraffico. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AffTraffico affiliate network platform, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

  • "AffTraffico", "we", "us", "our" — refers to AffTraffico and its operators.
  • "Affiliate" / "Publisher" — any individual or entity approved to promote Advertiser offers through the Platform.
  • "Advertiser" — any individual or entity that submits offers for Affiliates to promote.
  • "User" — any person accessing or using the Platform, including Affiliates and Advertisers.
  • "Offer" — a campaign, product, or service made available by an Advertiser for promotion.
  • "Conversion" — a qualifying action (e.g. lead, sale, registration) tracked and validated by our system.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access the Platform, you must complete the registration process and receive approval from AffTraffico. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@afftraffico.com.

AffTraffico reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

4. Affiliate Terms

4.1 Approved Traffic

Affiliates may only drive traffic from sources explicitly approved in writing by AffTraffico or stated in the Offer terms. Prohibited traffic sources include but are not limited to: incentivised traffic unless specifically permitted, fraudulent or bot traffic, unsolicited email (spam), misleading or deceptive advertising, and trademark bidding without prior written consent.

4.2 Compliance

Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their promotional methods comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies — including but not limited to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and FTC guidelines. You must not use AffTraffico's name, logo, or brand assets without prior written approval.

4.3 Tracking & Attribution

Conversions are tracked and validated solely via AffTraffico's tracking platform. Our records constitute the definitive basis for payout calculations. Affiliates agree not to tamper with, circumvent, or manipulate tracking systems in any way.

5. Advertiser Terms

Advertisers agree to provide accurate Offer details including payout rates, conversion requirements, and any geographic or device restrictions. Advertisers are responsible for paying all valid commissions generated by approved Affiliates. AffTraffico acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee traffic volume or conversion rates.

6. Payouts & Payments

AffTraffico pays Affiliates on a twice-monthly schedule. Payments are processed twice per calendar month for validated conversions from the prior period. The minimum payout threshold is $100 USD. Supported payment methods include bank wire transfer, USDT (TRC-20/ERC-20), Bitcoin, Ethereum, Payoneer, and WebMoney.

AffTraffico reserves the right to withhold, delay, or adjust payments in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, or unresolved disputes. Payment disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant payment date.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Generate fraudulent, incentivized, or bot traffic unless expressly permitted by the Offer.
  • Use spyware, malware, or adware to generate traffic.
  • Misrepresent any Offer or mislead end users about the nature of a product or service.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise access non-public areas of the Platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of AffTraffico or any third party.
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of pending commissions, and potential legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, software, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of AffTraffico or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all non-public information received through the Platform confidential, including Offer details, payout rates, and Advertiser data. This obligation survives termination of your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AffTraffico shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AffTraffico does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. AffTraffico may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any earned and validated commissions outstanding at the time of termination (subject to audit and fraud review) will be paid on the next scheduled payout date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to binding arbitration before being escalated to formal legal proceedings.

14. Changes to Terms

AffTraffico reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
